I just went to Milavec Lake (actually in Firestone, not Lafayette), and was informed that the dog park was "torn down." So, there's no fenced in area there. It is a nice walk around the lake, but I didn't let my dog off leash. I didn't notice a posting about the leash laws, and there was a lot of wildlife such as pelicans, herons, snakes, turtles, etc.
